Annually hundreds of thousands of birds migrate along the Via Pontica is a major migration route between Europe and Asia and passes along Bulgarians coast. Around 420 species of birds have been recorded during migration season including Long-legged Buzzard, Levant Sparrowhawk, Pygmy Cormorant, Rock Partridge, Semi-collared Flycatcher, Masked Shrike, Olive-tree Warbler and Sombre Tit . Black Stork, White Storks, Cranes and lots more to see and photograph. Early starts we will allow us to enjoy our visit to the Burgas wetlands to watch wildlife wake. An early drive around the Vaya lake to meet our boat guide for an enjoy a boat ride watch and photograph up-close birds of the wetlands and visiting migration birds.During your stay we will be based in a small family run hotel in a village along the Black Sea Coast.
